INTRODUCTION
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Alamedadventures.com.
CANCELLATIONS OF TOURS & PACKAGES EXCLUDING AIR & TRAIN TICKETS
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The refund you will receive will be based on the time of cancellation:
– More than 30 days before the Tour/Travel date: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
– 15-30 days before the tour/travel date: 50% refund.
– Less than 15 days before the tour/travel date: No refund.
REFUNDS FOR TRAIN TICKETS & AIRLINE TICKETS
Refunds for Train & Air Line tickets will be subject to the refund policy of the respective Train & Airline company. We will assist you in contacting the company to request a refund. For all reserved fares purchased from Alamedadventures.com via credit card or debit card, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment if the ticket is cancelled within 24 hours of the time of purchase and prior to the scheduled departure. Tickets that remain unused and are not cancelled prior to departure are forfeit.
Subject to applicable cancellation policies, all fares are non-refundable and non-changeable after departure. Passengers who “no show” or do not cancel prior to departure forfeit the entire value of their “no show” segment.
PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the day we confirm your refund request.
